Clause A — Parties

These conditions form the agreement between Rutt Slats (the seller) and anyone who orders through ruttslats.store (the buyer).

Clause B — Formation of contract

A contract exists once payment is authorised and the seller emails an order confirmation. The seller may reject or cancel an order, for example for stock reasons or an obvious pricing error, and then refunds the buyer in full.

Clause C — Amount payable

The buyer pays the checkout total, including the chosen delivery service. Duties and taxes levied on import and not collected at checkout fall on the buyer.

Clause D — Description of goods

Illustrations are representative. Surface finish and shade can differ slightly from item to item and from on-screen images.

Clause E — Incorporated policies

The Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy published on this website are incorporated into these conditions.

Clause F — Buyer obligations

The buyer supplies accurate details, keeps login credentials confidential and refrains from any unlawful, fraudulent or disruptive use of the website.

Clause G — Content rights

Material on the website remains the property of Rutt Slats or its licensors.

Clause H — Independent providers

Payment, carriage and certain website features are supplied by independent providers on their own terms.

Clause I — Statutory warranties and exclusions

Goods carry the warranties required by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Clause J — Partial invalidity

Should a provision prove unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Clause K — Amendment

The seller may amend these conditions; the version in force at the time of order applies.
