Shipping policy

In brief: standard delivery costs nothing, Express is optional, orders leave within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days later.
- Coverage. Rutt Slats ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
- Fees. Standard: no charge and no minimum basket. Express: USD 15.00 (converted to your local currency at checkout), prioritised at our warehouse. The checkout page states the delivery fee before payment is taken.
- Lead time. We need 1–3 business days after payment approval to get an order ready. Saturday, Sunday and public holiday orders are started the next business day.
- Transit. Standard shipments typically take 7–15 business days door to door after dispatch; this is a guide, not a guaranteed date.
- Import duties. Customs offices abroad may charge duty or import taxes on entry. Charges not included in the checkout total are payable by the consignee.
- Tracking. A tracking reference is emailed when the order ships; split shipments get one reference per carton.
- Damage and non-delivery. Photos of the damaged goods and packaging sent to contact@ruttslats.store within 7 days of delivery qualify for a free replacement. A shipment with no tracking movement for 10 business days is claimed with the carrier and then re-sent or refunded.
- Address amendments. Possible until dispatch — contact us promptly.
