Can I fit the panels myself?
Yes. Most people fit them with construction adhesive or mounting tape on a clean, flat interior wall. No battens or framing are needed.
How do I cut a panel?
Cut lengthwise between two slats with a sharp utility knife. To shorten a panel, use a fine-tooth hand saw and support the piece while you cut.
Which walls are suitable?
Smooth drywall, plaster and painted masonry indoors. The wall should be dry, solid and free of flaking paint. Panels are not meant for outdoor use or areas that get wet.
Where do you ship?
Our delivery area covers the US plus Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Standard delivery costs nothing, and Express can be picked at checkout.
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for unused, uncut items in their original packaging. Email us first and we will send the return instructions.
Will the tone match the photos?
We photograph each tone in daylight, but screens differ and wood-look finishes vary slightly from batch to batch. The Tone Swatch Box is the best way to check before ordering.
Do customs charges apply outside the US?
Orders sent across a border can attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. When these are not collected at checkout, they are paid by the recipient.
How do I reach you?
